We’re opening one of the biggest F45 studios in Ontario this August, and we’re looking for a Head Coach who’s ready to help us build something amazing from the ground up.

If you’re someone who genuinely cares about people, knows how to light up a room, and loves creating a vibe that members can’t stop talking about — keep reading.

• Someone who’s F45 experienced and certified (PT cert required)
• A natural leader who brings consistency, confidence, and presence
• Good in front of a camera — we’ll be filming class clips, stories, and behind-the-scenes content
• Someone who knows the power of remembering people’s names and making members feel seen
• A coach proud to take ownership and eager to be part of a supportive team

What you’ll be doing :

• Coaching energetic, high-level F45 classes
• Creating a space where people feel motivated, safe, and fired up
• Helping build the studio culture from day one — with energy and standards that encourage members to show up
• Contributing to content creation — being comfortable on camera, sharing the hype, and growing our social presence
