Job Title: Head Coach

Power FC is seeking a Head Coach and an Assistant Coach to work alongside the club’s Technical Director. The roles involve developing and implementing the club's game model and enhancing the experience for players, assistant coaches, and club members.

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Head Coach
Responsibilities
  • Learn, understand, and execute the Power FC identity, game model, and principles
  • Plan and conduct training sessions three times a week
  • Manage team during match days
  • Coordinate with and support the assistant coach
  • Communicate effectively with the Technical and Academy Directors
  • Design, lead, and implement training sessions based on the five functions of the game
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to players within the targeted age group
  • Create and document session plans using provided software
  • Maintain high communication standards with players and parents
  • Support club programs and initiatives
  • Attend all coach education sessions and meetings with directors and coaches
  • Analyze and present findings to players, parents, and the Technical Director
  • Provide constructive player feedback
