Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 2–3 years of experience in food preparation.
• Ability to prepare and cook meals for events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory.
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
• Create new recipes and prepare meals for events and banquets.
• Estimate food requirements and labour costs.
• Recruit, hire and train staff in food preparation and handling.
