Job Title: Head Chef

We're seeking a passionate and driven Head Chef to help lead the kitchen by example and experience.

The Role:
As Head Chef, you’ll be apart of the creative and operational process of the kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a chef who thrives in a small team, values quality over quantity, and brings a deep love for Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all kitchen operations including prep, service, and inventory

Help create and evolve seasonal menus inspired by Italian culinary traditions

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization

Train and mentor a small team of cooks and kitchen staff

Collaborate with ownership on food costs, sourcing, and special events

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 + years experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-quality restaurant setting

Strong background in Italian cooking, with a creative and ingredient-driven approach

Experience managing small teams and kitchen operations

High attention to detail, especially under pressure

A collaborative spirit and willingness to grow with a small business
