This position serves as the budget director for the DHS Health Care Administration (HCA). This position is responsible for HCA’s strategic and tactical administrative fiscal leadership. The incumbent is also responsible for coordinating, researching, and responding to fiscal information and analysis requests from HCA leadership, including requests initiated by executive leadership or through BAD/CFO fiscal management. This responsibility includes ensuring HCA leadership has timely, accurate, and comprehensive fiscal information to support decision‑making, while working in coordination with established fiscal leadership and liaison structures.
