Borderland Co-op in Broadview, SK is hiring a Hardware Manager to lead our Broadview Hardware location. You will champion a collaborative, high-performance team and ensure excellent store operations. You should have Grade 12 education, 3–5 years of proven retail or hardware management, and a focus on stocking, inventory control, and customer service.

Post-secondary education is an asset. We value honesty, relationship-building, and results.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education. Post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
• 3–5 years of successful management experience in retail hardware or related field.
• Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members and drive store performance.
• Experience with inventory management and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Broadview Hardware location with a focus on teamwork and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize store performance.
• Establish store strategies, goals, and objectives and monitor progress.
• Coach, develop, and supervise team members and training initiatives.
