Lead investigations into non-conformance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure they do not recur.

  • Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improvements in the manufacturing and assembly of our products to enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall quality.

  • Quality Control: Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures to verify the quality of manufactured components, sub-assemblies, and final satellite systems.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to address quality and reliability concerns in the satellite subsystems.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and AIT, to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance activities throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Training and Education: Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of quality and compliance in the organization.

  • Compliance and Standards: Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to satellite manufacturing and quality assurance in a fast-paced agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other relevant education.
  • 1+ years’ experience in Quality Engineering/Product Assurance/ Reliability Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering roles. Other relevant experience will be considered.
