Job summary

Reusables.com is building the production systems to scale our Smart Return Bin hardware from dozens to hundreds of units. You will lead hardware technicians, manage suppliers, and own manufacturing, testing, and shipping processes in a fast-growing environment in Vancouver.

The role emphasizes production excellence, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement, with close collaboration across product, sales, operations, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience taking a hardware product through manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipment.
• Experience managing suppliers, procurement, inventory, and production planning.
• Ability to build scalable manufacturing systems.
• Experience leading technicians or production teams.
• Experience with complex hardware assemblies.
• Strong operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, assembly, testing, and shipping.
• Build scalable manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Drive reliability via testing protocols and corrective actions.
