What you'll do:

• Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including collaborating with the Ag Team to established productivity standards.
• Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale to meet established standards
• Performs general housekeeping duties including cleaning bins, shelving, shoveling, equipment, removal of garbage, sweeping floors, and ensuring all traffic areas are kept clear.
• Process customer orders and purchases using the POS terminal to meet established standards as required.
• Pump Gas/Diesel, clean windows, and check oil.
• Other duties as assigned could be mixing paint and completing inventory.
