Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items as required.
• Repair doors, windows, and hardware; replace tiles and flooring when necessary.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Provide estimates for materials and labor when necessary.
