Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Handyman located in Calgary and surrounding small towns. The Handyman will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Daily tasks include responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring properties are in excellent condition. The Handyman will work closely with the property management team to address maintenance concerns efficiently. We are willing to train unskilled applicants who are eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in painting, drywall repairs, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Strong communication, handwriting, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification is a plus
