Position Overview

We are seeking a Labourer to join our ATCO Facility Solutions team in Calgary, AB. The Labourer will assist tradespersons with preventative maintenance and inspection tasks, supporting our maintenance operations across Alberta, with travel required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preventive maintenance plan.
• Assist with project tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywalling, and warehouse support.
• Support tradespersons with inspections and general maintenance.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment.
• Suggest alternative solutions to prevent delays.
• Organize supplies and manage logistics for pick-up and drop-off.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in general trades; electrical construction or maintenance experience is a strong asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong mechanical skills and understanding of building components and equipment.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
