Job summary

Autism Services is seeking a temporary maintenance contractor to perform interior and exterior maintenance tasks across properties in the Prince Albert area. The role requires a valid driver’s license, access to transportation (truck preferred), and the ability to hook up and pull a trailer.

Candidates should have basic drywall/carpentry, flooring, plumbing, and painting skills, plus a basic toolset. Expect a pay range of CAD 20.00–25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.

• Ability to drywall/carpentry, flooring, plumbing and painting.

Our busy property management / real estate company is looking for a temporary maintenance contractor.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Means of transportation: Preferred form of transportation would be a truck.
• Ability to hook up and pull a trailer, as well as back it up to properties when required
• MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMPLETE BASIC DRYWALL/CARPENTRY, FLOORING, PLUMBING REPAIRS AS WELL AS PAINTING ABILITIES
• Basic set of tools to complete tasks
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to physically climb a ladder, bend or crawl into awkward spaces
• Must be ok with working at limited heights
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time

Hourly pay range: $20.00 to $25.00/hr dependent on skill and work experience
