Job summary

Aduna Global, LLC is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Professional to keep our technology secure, reliable, and running smoothly. You’ll work across infrastructure, security, endpoint management, and user support, solving problems and improving the technology people rely on every day.

The IT Operations team ensures day-to-day reliability, handles incidents, manages risks, and maintains runbooks and documentation. Hybrid work with Montreal presence is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Linux environments (Ubuntu preferred).
• Experience with virtual desktop or remote app services is required.
• Knowledge of patching, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Ability to review system, application, network, and security logs.
• Experience with scripting or automation techniques.
• Understanding of identity, access, networking, certificates, and secure configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Linux, virtual desktop, and related services.
• Monitor system health, security alerts, vulnerabilities, backups, and performance.
• Troubleshoot access, connectivity, application, and performance issues.
• Support incident response, service recovery, and root-cause investigations.
• Coordinate patching and security fixes, and other improvements.
• Collaborate with users, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues.
• Keep runbooks, documentation, and support procedures up to date.
• Automate repeatable tasks to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Follow change, testing, approval, and rollback processes.
