Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to partner with manufacturing operations and contribute to the employee experience on the production floor. You will support managers and employees in employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and talent development.

This hands-on HR role requires a strong relationship builder with a minimum of 5 years in a similar manufacturing HR position, fluency in French, and CRHA/CRIA eligibility or designation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• CRHA/CRIA designation or eligibility to obtain it.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent French written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and operational leaders to support performance, engagement, and talent development objectives.
• Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to understand operational realities and foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in labour relations committee activities and ensure follow-up and documentation.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Support investigations, employee matters, and administrative follow-ups when required.
• Contribute to recognition programs, onboarding initiatives, and HR projects.
• Manage workplace injury files and related claims administration.
