McInnes Cooper is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our People & Culture team in a full-time, 12-month contract position based in Halifax.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows recruitment. You understand how to find talent, assess fit, manage multiple searches, build effective recruitment processes and use data to continuously improve how hiring gets done. You will recruit across the firm while also taking the lead role in our law student and articled clerk recruitment program.

A recruitment certification or related professional credential; experience in legal, professional services, student or early‑talent recruitment would be an asset.
The salary range for this position is $63,200 to $94,800 annually. Individual compensation is determined based on the successful candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.
