Job summary

Humankind Global Recruitment is seeking Full Stack Developers in Halifax to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across the full stack. You will tackle varied challenges, own implementations, and adapt to evolving client needs using modern languages and cloud infrastructure.

You will collaborate with a talented team, adopt AI-assisted tooling, and contribute to best practices while delivering high-quality, maintainable software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production-grade apps.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Designing, building and scaling APIs and backend services.
• Experience with authentication, caching, RESTful APIs and performance.
• Knowledge of modern software architecture and 12-factor apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve production applications for enterprise clients.
• Work across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and supporting services.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, testable, maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with developers, technical leaders, and client stakeholders.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and development tools, including AI-assisted development.
• Contribute to technical decisions and engineering best practices.
• Continuously learn, experiment, and improve development processes.
