Job summary

Fit4Less Canada seeks a Host to deliver friendly customer and membership services while maintaining the club’s cleanliness and automated processes. You will engage with members on memberships, educate guests on automation features, and support daily tasks to keep the facility welcoming and safe.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or be working toward completion), strong verbal and written communication, and at least 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or working toward completion.
• 1 year teamwork/volunteer experience.
• Verbal communication skills.
• Written communication skills.
• WHMIS
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanliness tasks to safety standards.
• Provide friendly customer and membership services.
• Assist with memberships and education on automation and processes.
• Address incidents and report deficiencies using standard processes.
• Promote and explain memberships and club amenities.
