Tech Mahindra in Canada seeks an experienced Guidewire Lead to drive Claim Center and Policy Center implementations for large-scale P&C projects. You will lead on-site and offshore teams, direct solution design and integrations, and mentor developers while engaging with clients.

The role demands 15+ years IT experience with 8+ years Guidewire, plus deep Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, and cloud expertise within insurance processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years Guidewire.
• Proven leadership in development teams and client engagements.
• Strong integration experience including REST, SOAP, and MuleSoft.
• Deep Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, and cloud skills.
• Solid understanding of P&C insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center implementations and support.
• Drive technical design, architecture, and code reviews.
• Lead onsite/offshore teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Manage upgrades, integrations, and production support.
