We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Guidewire Developer / Technical Lead to guide and mentor a development team working on enterprise-level insurance applications. The successful candidate will ensure efficient coding practices, alignment with out-of-the-box (OOTB) Guidewire product standards, and promote collaboration and innovation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical development team through all SDLC phases: design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.

Write testable, scalable, efficient code while setting high-quality coding standards.

Align solution design with Guidewire OOTB best practices, cloud standards, and ensure long-term maintainability.

Collaborate with Guidewire support to report issues, understand digital roadmap updates, and implement features aligned with upcoming releases.

Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce secure coding standards.

Perform impact analyses, recommend solutions, and lead the implementation of complex enhancements.

Develop and document technical specifications and system designs.

Partner with architects, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
