Job summary

COFOMO is seeking a functional analyst to optimize Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud implementations for clients in Canada. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and support development teams during delivery.

You have Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification, experience in cloud environments (AWS), and knowledge of the property and casualty insurance sector. Fluency in French and working knowledge of English are essential.

Qualifications

• Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification.
• Experience in functional analysis and solution definition in a Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud environment.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, including AWS.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in French, both oral and written. Working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and recommend solutions aligned with Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud and the technology architecture in place.
• Translate needs into functional specifications and support the development teams in their implementation.
• Collaborate with business, technical and partner teams to ensure understanding and integration of solutions.
• Participate in the assessment of efforts, risks and dependencies related to initiatives.
• Contribute to the planning, testing and production of solutions.
• Produce and maintain the required functional documentation.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and compliance of the deliverables under his/her responsibility.
