Job summary

COFOMO is a leading Canadian consulting firm in Montreal seeking a Guidewire Technical Lead. You will provide technical leadership for the Guidewire platform, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and guide architecture decisions while mentoring developers.

You will design, implement, and review complex Guidewire solutions in large environments, work in a hybrid Montreal setup, and apply Agile and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years software development experience with 6+ years on Guidewire
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• ACE certified in Guidewire
• Proficiency in Guidewire, Gosu and Java
• Design and integrate REST and SOAP services and data exchanges (XML/JSON)
• Deliver complex Guidewire solutions in large environments
• Knowledge of damage insurance domain
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
