Canad Inns is seeking a hands-on Guest Services Manager to lead front desk and bell operations in Winnipeg. You will work closely with the General Manager to maximize revenue, maintain service standards, and oversee day-to-day guest interactions across the department.

The role emphasizes managing staff, implementing service strategies, and ensuring confidentiality. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of guest services leadership experience and proficiency with Maestro PMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Guest Services Manager or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Maestro PMS software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Experience with database management and record keeping.
• Understanding of guest room revenue management.
• Maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and bell staff and manage service delivery.
• Monitor revenue management and rate controls for profitability.
• Analyze financial results and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement department business strategies.
• Ensure high standards of guest interactions and service.
