Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee the general operations of the store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to respond effectively to customer needs. This role requires self-motivation and a willingness to assist managers with tasks to ensure the facility remains well-maintained and operational. Candidates should be knowledgeable about store operations and committed to quality and customer service.

Pay Rate: Starting between $16.85 - $21.25 per hour

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused environment
• Proficiency with calculators, computers, and related equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff at various levels
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check required
