Job summary

The Josie Hotel, Autograph Collection by Crescent Hotels & Resorts Canada invites a motivated Culinary Intern to join our Guest Services team for Spring 2027. Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited educational institution.
• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and teamwork is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Services team, assist in scheduling and training.
• Be the main point of contact for guests, delivering excellent service.
• Coordinate check-ins/outs and luggage handling with the team.
• Organize and lead outdoor activities and promote hotel programs.
• Collaborate with Ski Concierge and other departments to boost participation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities and local activities; share policies with guests.
• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and maintain a shift log; assign daily tasks.
• Assist with guest transportation, valet, equipment rentals, and special requests.
