Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receiving and recording guest reservations and assigning tables.
• Greeting guests at the entrance and escorting to seating areas.
• Staying familiar with menu items and offerings.
• Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Accepting guest payments for food, beverages, and games when needed.
• Cleaning designated areas per routines and hygiene requirements.
