Job summary

Cineplex Inc. is hiring for Restaurant Hosts or Hostesses at our Ontario locations. You’ll welcome guests, manage reservations, seat parties, and coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure a warm, smooth dining experience.

Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills are essential. You will handle reservations, greet guests at the entrance, guide them to tables, and assist with payments when needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (preferably).
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record guest reservations and assign tables.
• Greet guests at the entrance and escort them to tables or seating areas.
• Stay familiar with the menu items.
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any complaints.
• Accept guest payments for food, beverages, and games as needed.
• Clean designated areas per downtime procedures and hygiene requirements.
