Job summary

Cineplex in Toronto is seeking a Restaurants Host to welcome guests, seat them, and manage reservations. You will greet guests at the entrance, escort them to tables, and handle phone inquiries to coordinate between service and kitchen teams for a smooth flow.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service mindset are essential. A provincial alcohol certificate is required. Wage ranges reflect student hiring rate; tuition assistance and benefits accompany the role.

What you will do:Restaurants Hosts at Cineplex locations are an integral part of the teams committed to providing an exceptional experience to every guest. Their responsibilities include welcoming guests upon arrival, seating them at a table, and managing reservations. They must also ensure a warm and positive first impression, often by handling phone calls for reservations and assisting in coordination between the service and kitchen teams.
