Job Summary

Reporting to the onsite Compass lead and collaborating with the onsite Location Lead, the Reception Agent and Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for employees, executives, and visiting clients of a leading consulting and technology company located in downtown Toronto, Ontario.

If you join us as our Reception Agent & Guest Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing engaging and anticipative service to all office visitors, focusing on the welcome experience
  • Coordinating space reservations and guest registrations at the main reception desk
  • Working closely with facilities, local technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless in-office experience
  • Registering and checking in clients and visitors using internal systems
  • Coordinating with external vendors and catering suppliers to ensure satisfaction during meetings and events
  • Assisting with planning and communicating office meetings and community events
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors regarding systems, maintenance, etc.
  • Conducting opening and closing duties
  • Supporting office health and safety tasks as needed
  • Sharing information about the office, building, local transportation, attractions, and restaurants
  • Performing other duties as assigned
