Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant who shares our passion for excellent service and learning from a collaborative team. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and help guests navigate the hotel environment while maintaining a welcoming presence.

Flexibility to work weekends/holidays/overnights is required and legal work authorization in Canada is necessary. This role offers an hourly wage with gratuities and benefits as described in the posting.

Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant who shares our passion for excellent service and is willing to learn from and contribute to our team.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required. Excellent communication skills and command of the English language are essential. This position may require standing outside for the majority of the shift and requires the ability to lift at least 60lbs. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area.

Preferred Qualification & Skills

• 1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a fast paced Hotel operation
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth
• Currently enrolled in or completed a Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field is an asset
• Valid G-Class Ontario Driver's Licence is an asset

Schedule & Hours

Successful candidates possess flexible availability, including weekends, holidays and overnights.
