Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Downtown Toronto for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle front desk duties, check guests in/out, and respond to calls while upholding safety standards and excellent service.

Bring 2 years of guest services experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; prior experience with POS systems is a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years’ experience in guest services or related setting preferred.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook or reservation and management POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out guests at the front desk.
• Answer phone calls and take messages for clients and guests.
• Attend training programs as needed and follow safety policies.
• Perform administrative duties for the front desk.
• Participate in safety meetings and hazard assessments.
