Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Delta is seeking an energetic Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team in Delta, BC. You will warmly welcome guests, verify information during check-in and check-out, and help guests navigate hotel services.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or equivalent in hospitality preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
• Check guests in/out, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services.

• Resolve guest issues using hotel service recovery guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
