Vida Spa in Whistler is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests and manage reservations with a high level of care. You will listen to each guest’s requests, note details, and maintain a polished front-desk presence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and in-person bookings, managing guest records, and collaborating with spa teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role offers competitive hourly wages and benefits for eligible staff.

Job Description: Guest Service Agent.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational skills, computer skills, and customer service.
• A positive and optimistic attitude with a passion for customer service and care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Vida Spa Standards.
• Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
• Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner, making reservations over the phone, by email and in person with precision and with special details noted.
• Keep work area neat and tidy inputting and filing medical history forms.
• Cohesively work with others in a fast paced environment.
• Team oriented with ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and all other departments.
