Position: Guest Service Agent

First impressions count, right? We think so too! The Guest Service Agent is the face of our hotels. You should be a people-pleaser who loves to go above and beyond for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, issuing room keys, answering guest inquiries, arranging transportation, handling reservations, billing, and ensuring the front desk area is welcoming and organized. The role also involves maintaining security, reporting issues, and presenting a professional image at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and people management
• Ability to interpret client needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for guests
• Check guests in and out, issue room keys
• Answer questions and arrange transportation
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Manage reservations and billing
• Maintain front desk organization and security
• Report security issues and ensure guest needs are met
