Position Overview:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Guest Service Agent handles daily check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and basic concierge services, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Wage: $19-$20 per hour

Type: Full-time, permanent position with weekend shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations and virtual check-in duties, including payments, online registration, and damage deposits
  • Perform in-person check-ins and checkouts
  • Handle administrative tasks and guest interactions via multiple channels (phone, email, messaging)
  • Coordinate dining reservations and communicate dietary or special requests to F&B team
  • Provide basic concierge services like attraction bookings
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Represent the lobby as an ambassador during peak times to ensure a memorable guest experience

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar upscale setting preferred but not required
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred; Webrez Pro knowledge is a plus
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
