Job summary

Matrix Hotel Edmonton, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will maintain guest rooms by changing towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring rooms are clean and inviting.

We value reliability and a strong work ethic; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends are available. Competitive wages and a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

What you will be doing each day

As our Guest Room Attendant, you will work with the Housekeeping team to maintain guest rooms by changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address guests’ queries and ensure rooms are fully stocked, clean and inviting at all times. Ultimately, you will create a pleasant, comfortable and memorable experience for our guests during their stay.

You have a keen eye for detail and respect the importance of impeccably clean guest rooms. You don’t shy away from physical work and can lift linen bundles that weigh up to 50 lbs. Your organizational and time‑management skills will be a great benefit in this role.
