Job summary

Panorama Mountain Village is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service the interior of condo units, town homes, and resort outlets. You will follow safety procedures and work with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of residential plumbing and mechanical systems, 1-2 years of building maintenance experience, a valid BC driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic hand tools. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work requests for lodging units and resort outlets.
• Preventative maintenance for condos and hotel interiors.
• Attention to detail for damages and maintenance issues.
• Repair of residential appliances.
• Collaborate with House Keeping to resolve guest-impacting problems.
• Support special events and facility upgrades as required.
