Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a motivated culinary service professional to provide food and beverage service with a positive attitude. You will assist the Executive Sous Chef, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a safe, welcoming work environment in a fast-paced setting.

You will prepare daily menu items, follow sanitation procedures, support the culinary team, and handle shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship completed with Food Safety Certificate.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to lift up to 60 pounds as required.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and cooking items for daily menu (hot, cold, buffet, ala carte).
• Following sanitation and stock procedures.
• Assisting culinary management with related tasks to deliver a quality guest experience.
• Performing other duties as required.
