Job summary

Pursuit in Canada’s majestic national parks is hiring for a full-time, year-round front desk role. The starting wage is 18.50 CAD per hour, with staff accommodation available on-site to support guests and team members.

You will check-in/out guests, handle reservations, promote rooms, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a memorable stay. A high-school education is required, with a bachelor's preferred, plus exceptional guest service and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Personalize the guest experience and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Welcome and register arriving guests and promote room sales.
• Handle reservations by phone and in person and respond to enquiries.
• Coordinate with other departments and process guest charges.
• Maintain a clean work environment and perform clerical duties.
