Guest Experience Specialist — Fitness Studio

Job summary

Jaybird studios ltd. is seeking a part-time front-of-house team member to greet clients and deliver exceptional service within our fitness and mindfulness studio. This role offers 12+ hours per week and opportunities to learn the Mariana Tek system while supporting daily studio operations.

You will engage guests, share class information and pricing, assist with retail and inventory, and help keep the studio clean and welcoming for every client experience.

Qualifications

• Must have superior customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook.
• Highly organized; capable of independent work and collaboration.
• Ability to move and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Mariana Tek software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner.
• Provide the highest level of customer service and hospitality to all clients/prospective clients.
• Share pricing and class information with prospective clients.
• Complete studio tours with new clients.
• Ensure complete knowledge of Mariana Tek system.
• Assist management with day-to-day operations of the studio.
• Ensure prompt response to studio emails; notify studio lead if needed.
• Understand JayBird product knowledge, policies and procedures for retail operations.
• Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each class.
• Assist in retail inventory at the end of the month.
• Complete opening and/or closing checklists.
• Perform other studio duties as needed.
