Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with the restaurant team and Guests.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale Systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
• Ability to understand the perfect guest experience and anticipate guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Perfect Guest Experience by addressing guest feedback and ensuring quality service.
• Coach and develop Q-Crew to meet KPIs and guest experience goals.
• Support in managing profitability through efficient labor and operations.
• Maintain restaurant standards for opening/closing, safety, and brand procedures.
