Montana's BBQ & Bar in Fort McMurray is seeking a Manager of Guest Experience to drive guest visits and lead a dynamic team. You will hire, train and motivate Associates to deliver the Perfect Guest Experience in an upscale dining environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of managerial experience in a similar setting, with strong business acumen and knowledge of food & beverage operations. The role offers growth and a dynamic, engaging workplace at our Fort McMurray location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Manager in an upscale dining environment with similar sales volume.
• Post-secondary education preferably in hospitality or business.
• Excellent business acumen, including budgets and operating costs.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage.
• Excellent understanding of the upscale dining industry.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others.

Responsibilities

• Drive Guests to the restaurant and encourage repeat visits.
• Lead and develop trained, focused Associates to deliver on the guest experience.
• Hire and lead a team to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Montana's is hiring a Manager of Guest Experience at our Fort McMurray location!

Montana’s is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill. We’re looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

As a Manager of Guest Experience, you will be responsible for driving Guests to the restaurant, leveraging our scale, and ensuring Guests come back. With your superior restaurant experience, solid leadership and proven team building skills, you will also be responsible for hiring and leading trained, focused and engaged Associates, to deliver on our promise of the Perfect Guest Experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Manager in an upscale dining environment with similar sales volume
• Bonus points for Post-secondary education, preferably in hospitality and/or a business related field
• Excellent business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage
• Excellent understanding of the upscale dining industry
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others
