Earls Kitchen + Bar in Mississauga is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and set the tone at the front door. You’ll manage guest flow so the culinary team and servers can deliver world class service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the flow of the restaurant and guests into the dining area to support the culinary team and servers.
• Work with technology to enhance the guest experience, using platforms like Skip the Dishes, DoorDash, OpenTable and more.
• Create authentic connections with guests through engaging conversations and a welcoming attitude.
• Be a problem solver and a supportive team player, using multitasking and clear communication to help the team.
