Your responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating with servers, and maintaining a neat host stand while providing accurate information about menus and promotions. Previous restaurant experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a restaurant/food and beverage setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
• Multi tasked when dealing with high volume of guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Report to duty punctually and maintain the integrity of co-workers and guests.
• Consistently offer personal and friendly service.
• Have full knowledge of the menu and beverage lists, promotions, and hotel policies.
• Ensure the host stand is neat and clean at all times; greet guests and manage reservations.
• Communicate effectively with servers regarding reservations and requests.
• Attend pre-shift and staff meetings and participate in health and safety procedures.
