Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking an on-site hospitality team member to greet and seat guests in a warm, courteous manner. You will handle transactions at the cash register, verify totals, and help ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a friendly, attentive presence throughout service shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 21+ years of age, with strong communication and math skills. No supervisory duties are included, and this position is a frontline guest-facing role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers.
• Receive cash from customers and operate cash register.
• Read totals and verify cash on hand.
• Relay customer complaints to management.
• Serve water, bread and butter when needed.
