Pursuit is a hospitality and attractions company seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, seat them with professionalism, and deliver food and beverages with a warm welcome. You will help create a first impression that sets the tone for a memorable experience at our attractions and dining venues.

You're expected to maintain a clean, organized environment, communicate wait times, assist with service levels, and support staff across departments.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Manual dexterity to use and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and seat them with a high level of professionalism.
• Ensure guests are comfortable, informed of wait times and events.
• Control seating to maintain service levels.
• Provide an excellent first impression of the restaurant.
• Provide professional food and beverage service to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Deliver food & drinks to tables.
