Job summary

Pursuit is hiring for a guest services role in a lively hospitality setting. You will greet guests, seat them professionally, and ensure they are informed about wait times and events. The job emphasizes delivering first-class service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all customers.

The position involves serving food and beverages, coordinating seating, and upholding our high standards of guest experience across diverse locations and attractions.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
