Job summary

Thermea Spa Village Whitby is seeking a Guest Experience – Site Artisan to ensure a safe, memorable outdoor guest experience. Reporting to Guest Experience Manager, you will act as primary first responder for medical calls and help maintain the village's standards.

You will engage guests, answer inquiries, process payments, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless visit. The role requires at least 1 year in customer service and the ability to work outdoors in varying

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience in hospitality/tourism preferred.
• Valid First Aid & CPR/AED certification required; practical application experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and enjoyable guest experiences in outdoor village areas.
• Act as primary first responder for medical calls for guests and staff.
• Maintain village setup and cleanliness to meet company standards.
• Process inquiries and various payment methods; assist guests with services and facilities.
• Educate guests on sauna culture, Village Code and health policies.
• Complete shift and incident reports; maintain confidentiality of documentation.
• Open and close site activities; collaborate with other departments for a seamless experience.
