Whistler Sliding Centre in Whistler, BC, is hiring for a Guest Activity Rep Host to deliver exceptional service to athletes, coaches and guests. The role blends guest services with hands-on support for public bobsleigh and skeleton experiences, indoors and track-side at an Olympic venue.

What you bring includes guest service experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather; a BC Class 5 driver's license is preferred.

• Must have a valid BC Class 5 driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of sliding sports or Whistler Sliding Centre is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome athletes, coaches and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with registrations, bookings, payments and program inquiries.
• Support public bobsleigh and skeleton experiences, including guest orientations, equipment checks and track-side activities.
• Help ensure a safe and memorable experience for all participants.
• Support daily Guest Services operations, sport programs and special events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a welcoming and safe environment.

The Whistler Sliding Centre (WSC) is a world-class bobsleigh, skeleton and luge facility located above Whistler Village on the side of Blackcomb Mountain. Home to Olympic sport, high-performance training and public sliding experiences, WSC delivers sport programming, competitions and unforgettable guest experiences year-round.

We are currently hiring Guest Activity Rep Hosts to help deliver exceptional experiences for athletes, coaches and visitors. This exciting role combines guest services with hands‑on support for our public bobsleigh and skeleton experiences, offering the opportunity to work both indoors and track‑side at an Olympic venue.

Job Overview

• Position: Guest Activity Rep Host
• Department: Whistler Sliding Centre
• Status: Temporary, Hourly – Full-Time or Part-Time
• Housing: Affordable staff housing available for Full-Time employees
• Schedule: Varied shifts including weekends and evenings
• Location: Whistler Sliding Centre, Whistler, BC
• Salary: $20.00/hour
• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• End Date: April 4, 2027

What You’ll Do
