Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise seeks an Guest Activities Animator to organize and deliver daily activities within the Resort Activities Department, including social programs and kids’ events. You will lead small-group e-bike tours and help guests connect with the area’s natural and cultural history.

The role offers opportunities to develop storytelling and public speaking skills, with a strong emphasis on guest service in a luxury setting. Requires CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience facilitating recreational activities or guest programs.
• Comfortable leading groups and speaking in front of crowds.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
• Creative, energetic, highly responsible and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided e-bike tours for groups of up to 8 guests, sharing knowledge about landmarks, history, and ecology.
• Deliver interpretive presentations and activities for groups up to 50 guests.
• Assist and shadow Resort Activities Guides to develop guiding skills.
• Provide engaging activities for adults and children, adapting to guest needs and group dynamics.
• Maintain professional, friendly guest service and assist with program development.
